This website introduces Port Republic Water Team and provides general water damage information. Reading a page, clicking a phone link or sending an email does not create a service agreement or reserve dispatch. Discuss availability, property access, scope and payment terms directly before work is arranged.

Guidance and property conditions

The safety and cleanup information is general. Your property inspection reviews the building conditions, water source and accessible materials. Avoid entering standing water, approaching wet electrical equipment or disturbing unstable construction. A property-specific evaluation may identify conditions that are not visible from a page description.

Pricing and separate repairs

Published prices are planning ranges. We review the property to prepare an estimate. Actual pricing depends on the affected area, water category, materials, access and drying time. Source repair, cleanup, drying and rebuilding can involve different scopes. The agreement for a particular job should state what is included.

Insurance and third-party services

Your insurance company decides coverage under your policy. Contact it about reporting the loss and the claim process. Embedded maps are provided by Google and are governed by its own service terms. Geographic references describe the service area.
